Became Mortgage Broker in 1978. Subjects of education and teaching include over 2500 classroom hours in Commercial Investment & Exchange Counseling. Instructor of 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges since 1979. Experience in Multi-family Sales, Marketing, and Exchange funding, funding Multi-Units, Commercial Industrial, and Exchange Funding Solutions. Luke retired from the real estate and mortgage business for about 2 years, and missed it so much he came back. He has an ongoing love affair with real estate and investments. |
